About Us:
The original golf course built at Lake Oconee, The Landing made its landmark debut in 1986, setting the stage for what has become a premier golf destination. One of two Bob Cupp designs at Reynolds Lake Oconee, The Landing, which was originally known as Port Armor Golf Club, was acquired by Reynolds in 2005 and renovated in 2013.
It features a variety of holes that wind through naturally wooded areas and rolling hills, making the course enjoyable for players of all levels. Three holes wrap dramatically along the shoreline while the green settings and shot values make this one of the premium tests of golf on Lake Oconee.
Although this par-72 course can be stretched to a maximum of 7,048 yards, humbling for even the most talented golfers, it provides a unique option for players to move up from the back tees to make the course more forgiving without detracting from the shot values, stunning landscapes or interesting shots that need to be played.
