About Us:
This 18-hole championship course has wide oak and pine tree-lined fairways and large undulating greens guarded by 51 sand traps. LakeSide Country Club has four holes playing around an abandoned phosphate mine with long par 5's and numerous doglegs, making unusual layouts not typical of most Florida courses.
LakeSide Country Club was open to the public on January 1st, 1979. It was designed by Bill Campbell and Louis Connell. The two story pro-shop and restaurant overlooking the first tee was completed two years later.
