The original 18-hole course, designed by Wilfred Reid, was built in 1927 as the Plymouth Country Club. An additional 9 holes, designed by Jim Lipe, was constructed in 1982 to complete the 27-hole layout. The three nines are known as the Hills, the Woodlands, and the Lakes.
The Fox Classic Clubhouse features Fox Hills' original log-cabin clubhouse, dating back to 1927. The Clubhouse was renovated in 2008 and has warm inviting interiors keeping of that log cabin charm.
