The Berlin Country Club has always had strong family ties. During the 1950’s the Pinecrest Golf Course, as it was known then, was the brainchild of the Martinath Family. The family farm was transformed into the basic track you see today. Many years later, the club was acquired by the Lowe family and renamed Netherwoods Country Club. The Lowe family stamp is evident in our lovely Hitchcock Room. In 1983, three partners rebranded it the Berlin Country Club. The partners’ expertise was in Turf Management which is apparent in the exceptional course conditions of today.
