Hole 1 is reachable in 2 and a long, well placed drive can get you there in one. Out of bounds is on your left. There are trees on both sides of the fairway and an evergreen on the edge of the right side. Near the green, a creek behind the hole can be dangerous and two inverted bunkers on either side of the green can hinder coming in from the sides. Rated as the 9th Handicap hole, it's probably the easiest par hole on the course.
Arguably the most difficult hole, you are faced with numerous challenges, both natural and man made. The creek directly in front of the tee box shouldn't come into play, but can mess with your mind. A hit on the football field earns you a trip to the "Blue Balls" (with no penalty) where you'll be left about 40 yards out. A strong first or second shot could land you out of bounds and a line of trees on the right side of the fairway can cause problems with a misplaced tee shot.
Hole 3 is a short, but challenging par 3. In front of the hole, the creek runs right to left, which is the hardest obstacle to deal with. There are a couple trees to deal with in the fairway. Out of bounds is on your left.
A well placed drive on the the par 4, 4th hole will give you a good look to the green. But pull one left and you'll be out of bounds. Push it right and you'll have several trees that could be in your way. This is one of 2 holes that has an independent Ladies tee.
Hole 5 is a par 5. The green is reachable with a huge second shot. But you may think twice about that option, with the creek in front of the green and a trap on the right. The fairway narrows slightly, but the real challenge is negotiating the creek. This hole offers a good birdie chance, if you can avoid the creek.
Another short par 3, hole 6 is similar to #3, with the creek running in front of the green. It runs at a slight diagnal to your approach. It's a narrower fairway, lined with trees but that creek is a ball eater.
Hole 7 is the longest par 4 on the course. The ladies tee is independent of the men's tee box. The green on this hole may be it's biggest challenge. Getting there in two is hard enough, but putting the ball in the hole with one stroke is tough.
Hole 8 is a par 3. Out of bounds lies just to the left and a large sandtrap sits in front of the green on the right side. The evergreens on the left and trees to the right make a narrow approach.
The fareway narrows on hole 9, but the approach is open, with two inverted bunkers on either side. A line of trees on the left and a group of trees on the right, toward the hole can come into play.
